Requests outside this time period are not trusted by the second face in any way.
The second face online store has the right to change the announced time periods for shipping the goods according to the conditions and volume of orders. And inform the customer of the matter via phone call or SMS.
For city orders, the delivery time of the goods to the postal company is specified when placing the order, and the user must refer to the website of the Islamic Republic of Iran Postal Company using the tracking code to track the status of their order. You should note that the customer is responsible for registering the recipient’s address. Orders will be sent to the address registered by you when placing the order, so you must be careful in registering the address and postal code during the order registration process. If the customer makes a mistake in registering the recipient’s address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-sending to the correct address. If any change is requested in the order that removes that order from the festival or free shipping conditions, the gifts will be systematically deleted or the shipping fee will be charged.
